#1 Tool for Anxiety: The Breath of the Heart
#MeditationClub this week: I’m going to offer the best anxiety calming technique I have in my tool kit: a mini-class in the Breathwork of the Heart of Yoga.
If you do yoga already, you can add this breathing technique and transform your asana, and if you don’t, you will come away with a simple breathing and moving practice to do each day, or whenever you feel your anxiety spike.
This is for all body types, ages and stages.
Wear clothes you can move in, and have enough space to lift your arms overhead (estimate the size of a yoga mat- you don’t need to have one to participate).
