Tuesday Focal Point Practices (4 weeks)
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, happening 4 times
Regular classes do a nice job of giving a well rounded general practice, but there’s often not enough time to focus on highly specific teachings, so I am offering these targeted classes, approximately 30 minutes each, on Tuesday mornings. These are short enough to do as a break in the day, and you are unlikely to sweat, only be energized and refreshed, and ideally, learn a few things. Please keep a notebook if you’re a continuing student.
This next series of 4 includes:
- 5/26 Wrists and Hands- Including Stretches, Pressure Points and Mudra.
- 6/2 Energetics: Sri Yantra and Sri Chakra on the Body
- 6/9 Ankles and Feet- Including Stretches, Strengtheners, Pressure Points- needs pants you can sit and bend in.
- 6/16 Rx Breathing- 4 prescription breathing techniques for changing your state.
